About Elite 3D Labs
We are a 3D printing shop. We design and print our own products, we print other people's designs, and we ship them anywhere in the United States.
What we run
Our production floor runs enclosed FDM machines in two build sizes. Standard handles most parts up to 256 mm in any direction. Large format takes work up to 325 mm, and its dual nozzles let us print with two materials in one job.
How we quote
Most print services quote a flat rate per gram. It is simple, and it is usually wrong in one direction or the other — you either overpay for a straightforward part, or the shop takes a loss on a difficult one and quietly makes it back on the next customer.
We built our own quoting engine instead. It measures your model and accounts for the geometry — how much support the shape actually needs, how long it takes to run, how much cleanup it takes by hand. A simple bracket and an intricate figurine are not the same job, and we do not pretend they are.
What you get is a firm number, up front, before anyone touches a printer. The price you are quoted is the price you pay.
A person checks every custom order
Automated quoting is fast, but a model can be mis-scaled, hollow where it should be solid, or simply not printable as drawn. So we authorize your card at checkout and only charge it after we have looked at the file. If something is wrong, you hear from us before any money moves.
Every order ships
We are a ship-only shop — there is no storefront to visit and no collection option. Everything is packed and posted, anywhere in the United States. It keeps things simple, and it means a customer three states away gets exactly the same service as one down the road.
