Cookie Policy
Effective August 16, 2026 · Elite 3D Labs LLC
This page lists every cookie we set, in plain terms. Cookies fall into two groups: the ones the site cannot work without, and the ones you choose.
You can change your mind at any time using Your Privacy Choices at the bottom of any page.
Strictly necessary — always on
These make the site function. They set no advertising identifier and are not shared with anyone. Consent is not required for this category, and blocking them breaks the cart and checkout.
| Cookie | Purpose | Expires |
|---|---|---|
__Host-e3d-csrf | Security. Prevents cross-site request forgery — stops another website submitting forms as you. | 8 hours |
__Host-e3d-session | Keeps your cart and your place in checkout. Contains a random identifier only, no personal information. | 30 days |
e3d_consent | Remembers your answer to the cookie banner, so we do not ask again on every page. Holds only the words "all", "analytics" or "reject". | 13 months |
Analytics — only if you agree
Google Analytics 4 tells us which pages are visited, roughly where visitors are, and what brought them here. We use it to decide what to build and what to stock. It is not used to identify you personally, and we have switched off its ability to feed Google's own advertising personalisation.
Analytics does not run on the cart, checkout or order pages. Payment pages load nothing from Google at all, so no analytics cookie is read or written while you are paying.
| Cookie | Set by | Purpose | Expires |
|---|---|---|---|
_ga | Tells returning visits apart from new ones. | 2 years | |
_ga_* | Holds the state of the current visit. | 2 years |
Advertising — only if you agree
When we show advertising it comes from Google AdSense, and only on content pages. Advertising cookies let Google limit how often you see the same ad, measure whether an ad worked, and — if you allow it — choose ads based on your interests. The cookies below are set only while advertising is running.
Ads never appear on the cart, checkout, quote tool, order pages, your account, or these policy pages.
| Cookie | Set by | Purpose | Expires |
|---|---|---|---|
__gads, __gpi | Ad selection and frequency capping — stops the same ad repeating. | Up to 13 months | |
IDE, test_cookie | Google (DoubleClick) | Measures ad performance and checks cookie support. | Up to 13 months |
Google occasionally changes the cookies its tags set. This table describes the usual ones; the authoritative and current list is in Google's own cookie documentation.
What we still do not do
- No social media tracking pixels.
- We never send Google your name, email, shipping address, order contents or uploaded model files.
- No analytics or advertising on pages where you pay or upload.
- We do not sell your personal information for money.
Third parties at checkout
When you reach payment, Stripe or PayPal set their own cookies on their own pages for fraud prevention. That is governed by their privacy policies, not ours.
Turning cookies off
Use Your Privacy Choices in the footer to change your answer at any time. You can also block cookies in your browser, though the cart and checkout will not work without the strictly necessary ones above. Rejecting analytics and advertising does not restrict any part of the site.
