Acceptable Use Policy

We are a small shop and we choose our work. This page sets out plainly what we will not print, so nobody wastes their time.

We will not print

• Firearms or firearm components — including receivers, frames, magazines, suppressor components, auto sears and conversion devices. This is a firm policy and we do not make exceptions.
• Weapons intended to cause injury, and components of them.
• Items designed to defeat security or safety systems — lock bypass tools, key duplicates from photographs, ATM or card skimmers, credit card devices, tamper-evident seal replicas.
• Counterfeits — replicas of branded products, packaging, logos, currency, official seals, identification documents, license plates, or anything intended to pass as genuine.
• Drug paraphernalia and equipment for manufacturing controlled substances.
• Sexually explicit material, and any depiction of a minor in a sexual context.
• Hate material — symbols, slogans or imagery promoting hatred against or harassment of a group or individual.
• Medical or dental devices, implants, prosthetics intended for clinical use, or anything for internal use in a body.
• Safety-critical parts — components for aircraft, vehicles' braking or steering, lifting equipment, climbing gear, or anything where failure risks injury or death.
• Anything otherwise unlawful under federal or applicable state law.

Site conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of this site, its servers or its data.
• Probe, scan or test the site for vulnerabilities without our prior written permission, or interfere with its operation.
• Upload files containing malware, or files crafted to exploit our processing.
• Scrape, automate or place fraudulent orders, or manipulate quotes or pricing.
• Use the site to harass anyone.

Security researchers

If you find a genuine security vulnerability, we want to hear about it. Email elite3dlabs@gmail.com with the subject "Security" and give us a reasonable chance to fix it before disclosing publicly. We will not pursue action against researchers acting in good faith who do not access customer data, degrade the service, or exfiltrate anything.

Enforcement

We may refuse or cancel any order that breaches this policy, refund it, and where the law requires it, report it. We do not owe an explanation beyond pointing at this page.
